- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst has a requirement for Hand Held Aircraft Wire Testers, Part Number: 300-P000001, NSN: 6625-01-528-3348, in support of the P-8A Poseidon Program for the United States Navy (USN), Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. The Government intends to issue a contract action on a non-competitive basis for this requirement with Peraton Inc. for the required support equipment. The Wire Tester, Hand Held Aircraft was designed and developed by Peraton Inc. and technically evaluated and field tested by NAVAIR Lakehurst, NJ for fleet use to meet or exceed the Navy's environmental, EMI and performance specifications and to provide faster fault location, quickly and with superb accuracy. Peraton Inc. is considered the only responsible source capable of providing the required support equipment because they own all of the proprietary rights to the engineering data and detailed product drawings.
