- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District is issuing a set aside for certified small business contractors for the Electrical Modifications project at the Black Rock Lake, located in Thomaston, Connecticut. The NAICS code for the work described below is 238210 (Size Standard $15.0 Million). The project is planned to be issued in August 2018, and will be set aside for Small Businesses. The construction will extend over a one-month period occurring in the fall of 2018. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Any responsible source meeting this standard may submit a quote to be considered by the New England District.
