- The National Data Buoy Center (NDBC), located administratively within the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA), National Weather Service (NWS) intends to purchase two (2) sets of Nortek USA current sensors for field testing used on the TAO flux buoys as possible replacements to the Sontek point source current meters. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (25-JUL-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
