- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Headquarters, Washington, DC, is seeking to identify sources with training program development, coordination, implementation, and support experience relevant to the securities law arena AND to solicit feedback from industry on the following documents: 1. Attached Draft Statement of Work 2. Attached Draft Evaluation Criteria This sources sought notice is issued for information and planning purposes only. The SEC does not intend to award a contract solely on the basis on this notice. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) and does not commit the SEC to solicit or award a contract now or in the future or otherwise pay for the information solicited. Respondent shall be responsible for all costs associated with the information submitted in response to this notice. All large and small business concerns capable to provide services are encouraged to respond to this notice. This includes Small Business, Veteran-Owned, Service- Disabled Veteran Owned, HUBZone, Woman-Owned, Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business and Section 8(a) Small Business Concerns. Responses Respondents shall submit a complete capabilities package and/or feedback to include: 1) cover page; 2) information requested below; 3) synopsis of relevant experience; and/or 4) feedback on attached documents. The cover page should include a brief overview of the contents of the package. Information required for capabilities packages: Company name/Consultant; physical street address; point of contact; phone number; email address; business size; Dunn & Bradstreet Number (DUNS); and System of Award Management (SAM) expiration date. The package shall be submitted electronically to fertek@sec.gov and gallmonj@sec.gov on or before 12:00 noon ET, Tuesday, August 7, 2018. The email must be clearly marked 5031021800CF in the subject line. The entire package may not exceed 10MB. All questions regarding this notice shall be submitted in writing to Kathleen Ferté, and emailed to fertek@sec.gov and gallmonj@sec.gov.
