Description

Preventative Maintenance & Repair of Paging System Cheyenne Health Care System Cheyenne, WY 82001 BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK (This is for information only) Project Scope Furnish all necessary personnel, training tools, and materials to provide preventive maintenance, repairs and all parts, and general service for Multitone Access 3000 paging terminal/transmitter including RPR 552 &752 pagers located at the Cheyenne VA Medical Center. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, professional expertise, vehicles, tools, materials, services, equipment and quality control to perform preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, repairs, and follow-up support and warranty services to the in-house paging systems located at all facilities within VA Cheyenne, WY to the equipment shown on Attachment A below. Preventative maintenance will be accomplished as recommended by the manufacturer of the equipment. Contractor shall inspect, test, calibrate and service the equipment, as required in accordance with manufacturer requirements, in order to prevent premature equipment failures and to extend equipment life in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW). This work is to ensure that all systems have a 100% uptime associated with them to ensure patient safety. They system will also provide full site coverage so that employees receive pages within a timely fashion 100% of the time.
