Description

The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate solely with LEAD Technologies, Inc., 1927 South Tryon Street, Suite 200, Charlotte, NC 28203 USA for the renewal of maintenance on LeadTools Document Imaging (Unlimited License), LeadTools 2D PDF 417 Barcode, LeadTools Document Imaging SDK Perpetual License and LeadTools PDF Read Module (Unlimited License) software products. This software is proprietary only to LEAD Technologies, Inc., who is the sole source provider of and has sole access to the source code necessary to provide the required maintenance subscription that is comprised of updates, upgrades, & fixes; 24/7/365 technical support, Email support, with coverage 8:00am to 6:00pm EST. for the period of 12 months. LEAD Technologies, Inc. is the only authorized seller for this software. The authority for this acquisition is set forth in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) "Soliciting from a Single Source." Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (25-JUL-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
