- FEMA Region One anticipates a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to furnish all labor, materials, tools, safety equipment and any additional equipment necessary for completion of the Energy Management System installation. Please find the SOW and necessary documents for this project attached. Site Visit Information: A mandatory site visit will occur on Tuesday July 31, 2018 at 11:00 AM. All Q & A for this project will be due on Monday August 6, 2018 5:00 PM EST. All questions will be made available once the Q&A has occurred. Responses & Bids for this project will be due on August 14, 2018 5:00 PM EST. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.106. In accordance with FAR 19.502-2, this award will be for a Total Small Business Set Aside.
