- Project: Building Demolition on the Midewin National Tallgrass Prairie This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFP. The documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-98. This procurement is set aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 238910 and the Small Business Size Standard is $15 Million. Contractors must have an active registration in www.sam.gov in order to submit an offer. Obtaining a DUNS and registering in SAM are free of charge. See attachments for full combined synopsis/solicitation.
