- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION SOLICITATION Number: NIHOF2017149 NAICS CODE: 811412 SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: $15.0 Million (1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (2) Solicitation Number: NIHOF2017149 (3) This Solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal. (4) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94, 2005-95 dated January 19, 2017. (5) This solicitation is a total Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811412 (Appliance Repair and Maintenance Services) and the Small Business Size is $15 million.
