- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, 36C546 Miami has a need to procure Dental-Planmeca Promax System. (ii) The combined synopsis solicitation number is 36C24818Q9399 It s issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. (iv) The combined synopsis solicitation is List set aside 100% Service Disabled Veterans Small Business Category. The NAICS is 339114. Business size standard is 750 employees. Any or equal response shall include manufacturer plus parts list, along with details on how such item(s) match or exceed the salient characteristics. Responses shall be on an all or none bases, no partial submission. The Government reserves the right to make no award at all.
