- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Portland, OR has a requirement for 350 feet of 12gauge 48 inch aluminized corrugated steel pipe (7 joints @ 20 feet each and 7 joints @ 30 feet.). The anticipated required delivery date is 1 December 2018. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE and is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13, incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. The NAICS code is 331110 and the small business size standard is 1,500 employees.
