- This notice is to provided to post the solicitation, W52P1J-18-R-5020 __________________ This pre-solicitation notice is regarding solicitation W52P1J-18-R-5020 for design-build services to 1) enclose the additive manufacturing area and 2) provide air conditioning for the additive manufacturing area. All work to be completed in Building 250 on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL 61299. There is no set-aside requirement for this solicitation, it will be 100% full and open, NAICS 238220. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued on or around July 31, 2018. The solicitation, scope of work and all other necessary documents will be provided at that time. The total estimated dollar value of this procurement is between $1,000,000.00 - $5,000,000.00. Performance and payment bonds will be required. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (25-JUL-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
