- Description
- Contractor will manufacture one (1) B Hut 16'x32' made of Structural Insulating Panels (SIPs) and package the components in a 20 foot Sea Container for delivery (container will be kept by Buyer) to Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. Structure must be easily assembled and disassembled (by 4 personnel within 4 hours) under austere conditions, without special tools, able to be packed within a 20 foot shipping container, and able to withstand wear, pressure, and damage caused by weather and handling. All offers must be submitted no later than 3:00p.m. HST on 27 July 2018. Any questions regarding this solicitation must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. HST on 26 July 2018.
