- Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Bliss is issuing a SOLICITATION NOTICE for an Invitation for Bid (IFB) firm fixed price construction contract to remove the existing roof to the bare deck in sections B,J,K and L and replace with new roofing materials at B1624 at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Women Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) under NAICS 238160 (Size Standard $15.0 Million). The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000.
