- This is NOT a solicitation announcement. This sources sought notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing (size standard of 750 employees). Responses to this sources sought will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought, a solicitation announcement may be published. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses for a solicitation announcement. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 22 Network Contracting Office Gilbert, is seeking sources that can provide (5) five Modular Work Stations for the New Mexico VA Healthcare System located at 1501 San Pedro Drive SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108. The potential period of performance will be as follows: TBD Statement of Work This requirement is for the acquisition of five (5) Modular Work Stations for the New Mexico VA Healthcare System. Specific Tasks Brand name or equal; New Equipment ONLY; All respondents must be manufacturers or authorized distributors. No refurbished or gray market items will be accepted. Holidays Normal business hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday excluding the following federal holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, and any other day specifically declared by the President of the United States to be a national holiday. If a solicitation is issued it shall be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this request for information.
