This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Syracuse, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about July 12, 2018, the scope of the project is to renovate their Total Supply Service (TSS) located in the Basement of Building 1 as well as replace the existing Air Handler Unit-29 and Exhaust Fan-29 that services this area. The renovation will consist of approximately 5,000 SF of the Medical Center. All located at the Syracuse VA Medical Center., Project No. 528A7-18-728. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 236220. The small business standard is $15 M. The cost range is $500,000-$1,000,000 Information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the Solicitation. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment bonds will be required.
