This is a Synopsis/Pre-Solicitation notice: This opportunity is only available to Small Businesses. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Region 8, has a requirement to Design-Build Quarters 19 Upgrades at Tule Lake National Wildlife Refuge, Tulelake, CA 96134 (Siskiyou County). This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract and Award will be based on Lowest-Price Technically-Acceptable (LPTA). The Solicitation and associated documents (specifications, drawings, etc.) will be posted to https://www.fbo.gov and available on https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/Default.htm public opportunities on or about August 13, 2018. Interested contractors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management, www.sam.gov) and complete Online Representations and Certifications. A pre-proposal site visit date and time will be posted with the solicitation. The NAICS code is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the size standard is $36.5million.
