Statement of Work Sole Source J&A This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation: W912JV-18-Q-7015 is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). All solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-98. The NAICS code is 334220. THE INTENT IS TO SET THIS PROCUREMENT ASIDE AS A SOLE SOURCE WITH ADVANTOR SYSTEMS The objective for this effort is a technology refresh for the Thermal Imagers located on Buildings 219 and 570 Tower. Advantor will perform the following in conjunction with this project: •· Provide and install two FLIR DEFEND IR MS-UC 640 30/90mm Thermal Imagers to replace existing Thermal Imagers on Buildings 219 and 570 and integrate them with existing VMS. Each Imager to include. •o WEIGMANN B80804SC 8x8x4 SPLICE BOX •o WEIGMANN P808 BACKPLANE •o Two GRAINGER 6ZEFS 5-POLE TERMINAL STRIP •o GRAINGER 6ZEG0 10-POLE TERMINAL STRIP •o ADI GE-32711TP BNC-F TO BNC-F CONNECTOR 10PK •o FLIR 30 METER CABLE FROM DEFENDIR TO FLYING LEAD •o PEL PA2000 ADAPTOR PLATE •o PEL ST1 SUPPORT STRUT •o POWER SUPPLY 8 CAMERAS •· Provide and install mounting hardware and tamper switches for FLIR DEFEND IR MS-UC 640 30/90mm Thermal Imagers, to include. •o One PEL SPA102 STRUT ADAPTOR PLATE POLE MOUNT •o One PEL PA102 POLE ADAPTOR FOR WM2000 •o Two HON 2AC59 TAMPER SWITCHS •o Two PEL WM2000 WALL MOUNTS •o Two TAMPER RESISTANT SECURITY SCREWS (10-32) BOX OF 50 •· Provide and install IP Encoder / Media Converters as well as supporting infrastructure for integration, to include. •o Two ENCODERS 4 CHANNEL •o Four MEDIA CONVERTERS MM FIBER TO ETHERNET •o Advantor VMS Camera License (2 per imager) •o Maintenance and support for Advantor systems for 12 months. •· Provide all miscellaneous equipment and labor such as cables, wiring, enclosures, engineers, technicians, and transportation necessary for imager installation and integration. •· Perform turnkey installation of all components, including all necessary conduit and wiring. •· Conduct Contractor Verification Testing and commission system into service. •· Provide as-built drawings of final configuration, including device placement and wire paths. ***All services are to be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work*** The location of contract performance is as follows: 173 FW Kingsley Field ANGB, Klamath Falls, Oregon 97603 The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1 -- Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items.
