- Drawings Request for Quotes (RFQ) The 144 Fighter Wing Fresno, Air National Guard - is seeking fencing removal and privacy fencing installation, IAW to the SOW. This solicitation W912LA-18-T-6037 is 100% set aside for small business IAW DFARS 219.502-2(a)(i). If there is an after hour point of contact, please include in the quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238990 and the small business size standard is $15M. The Disclosure of Magnitude for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000 IAW FAR 36.204(c). It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All questions concerning this solicitation must be directed to Sergeant Jarrod Sanchez & Airman Adrian Ontiveros at the below listed e-mail addresses: jarrod.a.sanchez.mil@mail.mil and steven.a.ontiveros2.mil@mail.mil. A site visit will be available for this project. There will be only one site visit. The site visit will take place on 1 August 2018 at 0840am. Vendors will be met at the West gate on McKinley Ave. All contractors that wish to attend the site visit should contact the above personnel before the site visit date, preferably by e-mail. The attached solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) issued under simplified acquisition procedures IAW FAR part 13. Sealed bids are not necessary.
