- Synopsis - Dry Ice Nuggets (W81K00-18-Q-0232) The Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center (CRDAMC) located at Fort Hood, Texas submitted a requirement to procure dry ice nuggets, base plus four (4) option years for three locations: • Robertson Blood Bank, Bldg. #2250 761st Tank Battalion Avenue; QTY 54 each 500 lbs. to be delivered weekly. • CRDAMC, Bldg. #36065, Rm 42-415, Dept. Of Pathology, Second Floor Santa Fe Avenue, QTY 52 each 500 lbs. to be delivery weekly. • DPM Environmental Health Services Bldg. #76022 Crockett St, West Fort Hood, QTY 15 each 500 lbs. as needed. The solicitation number is W81K00-18-Q-0232 and is a 100% small business set-aside procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325120, Industrial Gas Manufacturing, which has a size standard of 1,000. The solicitation will be available on/about 1 August 2018 at FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). Prospective offerors are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made.
