Employee will do own laundry, but needs visual assistance with equipment. • Assist with shopping for essential equipment, electronic accessories and other personal necessities The requirement has changed to include a second person: Both individuals will need to be meat at the gate when they arrive at the airport. The PA will need to coordinate this with the airline and TSA - Airline/Flight/Arrival will be provided to the awardee. Both individuals will be staying at the LA Concha Hotel Duty hours (Monday - to Friday) will be from 10AM to 3PM (approximately) I would anticipate the actual work day at 10 hours - this includes hours before and after the duty hours to cover breakfast/Gym time/Dinner) - if additional hours are required a modification will be issued. Weekends (Saturday / Sunday) will include but not limited to Breakfast, Gym, Shopping, Religious Services, and meeting with local people) Please plan for 10 hours on each of these days. Awardee will be required to provide all transportation during the duration of the contract. I recommend a mid-size SUV that can comfortably handle 4 adult passengers and luggage/cargo. The PA must be fluent in both Spanish & English and familiar with the Island. FEMA will issue a Visitor Badge to the PA on the first day and will collect it on the last day. FEMA will provide a Parking Pass or arrange Parking at the duty location - however the awardee will need to arrange parking at the hotel is necessary. If the PA is local they would typically start the day at 8AM and finish by 6PM each day If the PA is from outside Puerto Rico your proposal should include all cost such as lodging (suggest using the same hotel), rental vehicle, and other Transportation cost. Proposal should be submitted in accordance with the RFP which will be posted here on FBO within the next few days. Any questions please e-mail or call me directly.
