Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Indianapolis Colts, Inc. for event access and space related to the VA outreach program. NAICS 711211 applies, the small business size standard is $38.5 Million. The Contractor shall provide materials, and access, necessary to provide Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center (RLRVAMC) event access and space related to the VA outreach program for the RLRVAMC, 1481 West 10th Street Indianapolis, IN 46202 for the 2018 NFL Season. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 3:00 pm local time on August 7, 2018. No telephone or email inquiries will be accepted. All responses must be mailed to Fort Wayne IN, VAMC, Attn: Toni Walker (90C), 2500 East State Blvd Fort Wayne, IN 46805.
