- *****This pre-solicitation notice is hereby cancelled, as the listed solicitation number is incorrect. The correct solicitation number is W912PM18B0021. A new pre-solicitation notice has been posted to FBO as of 04 August 2018, with the same project/requirement under solicitation number W912PM18B0021.***** The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District requires a contract to provide civil/site work that involves grading, pavement patching of storm drainage, erosion control and sediment control to address ground water erosion problems on Range O190C and Range O190E within the SOTF compound at Fort Bragg NC. Access to project data and information is on a strict "NEED TO KNOW" basis. All personal are required to have U.S. Citizenship along one of the following: possess a valid Department of Defense Common Access Card (CAC), possess a valid Fort Bragg AIE pass, possess a valid United States-issued tourist passport, or is authorized to work in the United States as verified through the company's participation in the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) E-Verify system. The contract issued will be Firm Fixed Price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990 -Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the size standard is $36,500,000.00. The Magnitude of Construction of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about August 16, 2018. The proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation when it is issued. No additional media (CD-ROM, floppy disks, faxes, etc) will be provided. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. Other methods of requesting a package will not be honored. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible to receive an award from any Government solicitation. After completing SAM, in order to download documents Contractors and their subcontractors must register at www.fbo.gov.
