- Solicitation 5A-18-A-0002 Abstract (xlsx)-Amendment 004 Solicitation 5A-18-A-0002 Abstract (PDF)-Amendment 004 Solicitation 5A-18-A-0002 Attachments-Amendment 004 Solicitation 5A-18-A-0002 Amendment 004 PS Form 8203-Solicitation 5A-18-A-0002 Amendment 004 The purpose of Amendment 004 to Solicitation 5A-18-A-0002 is to update the ICAIR solicitation requirements to include container discount and placeholder ranking concepts. The Proposals Due Date has NOT changed and remains August 10, 2018 at 17:00 EDT. Please see updated requirements and attachments to the solicitation package. Separately, the Postal Service provide answers to additional questions submitted in response to the solicitation. All changes made by this Amendment 004 are highlighted in orange in the solicitation package. A list of additional questions received from potential offerors to Solicitation 5A-18-A-0002, with corresponding answers are enclosed herein. Answers to questions do not change the terms of the solicitation, unless explicitly amended. All other dates, terms, and conditions stated in Solicitation 5A-18-A-0002 remain unchanged. A signed copy of this Amendment form must be included in proposal submissions.
