- FA3099-18-Q-0042 Solicitation Attachment 1: Sole Source Justification and Approval FA3099-18-Q-0042 Solicitation This is a solicitation for commercial services in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Suppliers or Services Will Satisfy the Requirement, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is to satisfy the public dissemination of information in accordance with FAR 5.101(a)(i). This solicitation will not be set-aside for small business but is Unrestricted. Procure EFB IT Accessories: - 910 EA PIVOT Case - 910 EA PIVOT Leg Strap - 130 EA PIVOT Utility Light Mounts Please respond to this RFQ by emailing response to: TSgt Brittany Barlow at E-mail: brittany.barlow@us.af.mil, and Mr. Charles Frerich, charles.frerich@us.af.mil, NLT 2:00 PM CST, 13 August 2018 (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified above shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received.
