- The purpose of Amendment 0002 to 36C10B18Q3049 is to: Issue the Government responses to Vendor submitted questions. The response due date has changed as follows: From: Tuesday, August 7 12:00PM EST To: Wednesday, August 8, 2018 12:00PM EST Provide Vendor question cutoff date to: Monday, August 6, 2018 at 5:00PM EST. Questions shall be submitted to Catharine Russamano, Contract Specialist, at Catharine.Russamano@va.gov, no later than 5:00PM EST on August 6, 2018. Item Reference Question Answer 1 General Does the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation posted as solicitation number 36C10B18Q3049 on FBO contain requirements similar to an existing contract or will this be a new requirement? If possible, please provide the current contract number. The existing contract is GS-03F-0182V. 2 General Is the Government looking for a year to year rental agreement with the option to renew annually or is the Government looking for a 5-year lease? The lease is one 12-month base period with the option to renew for four 12-month option periods. The option may be exercised in accordance with FAR 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract (MAR 2000). 3 General We request if the Government can extend the due date? The Government will extend the due date until August 8, 2018 at 12:00PM EST. 4 General We would like to ask whether the End User is seeking a plotter only or a multi-function plotter. Based on the Ricoh model provided in the B.3 Price Schedule description area, it s an MFP Plotter. Based on the specifications listed in B.4 Product Description, it s a single function Plotter. The specification single function plotter is a correct minimum specification. 5 General Do we need to have a GSA contract for this opportunity or would us being registered in VETBIZ allow us to submit a quote? A GSA contract is not required for this opportunity. This acquisition is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside. Consideration for award is limited to SDVOSBs that are registered and verified in VIP database, http://www.VetBiz.gov at the time of submission of offer and at time of award.
