- Please submit quote on this quote document. The Ohio National Guard has a need for paving supplies to be delivered to Camp Ravenna in Newton Falls, OH. See 1192nd Asphalt Quote Doc (attached for more information). Submit quotes by completing the attached 1192nd Asphalt Quote Doc. It is not the intent of the Government to enter into negotiations. It is incumbent upon the offeror to submit sufficient information for the Government to determine satisfactory Past Performance, Management Capability, and Price Reasonableness. Failure to submit sufficient information for the Government to determine Past Performance, Management Capability or Price may result in the rejection of your proposal. An award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price (IAW FAR 52.212-2(b)), of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors. If you are not registered in SAM, an award cannot be made to your company. You may register electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Registering electronically will expedite the registration process. Proposals are due by 5:00PM, EDT, 08 AUG 2018. Proposals should be input into the FBO system via a bid packet. You can also email your proposals to ryan.a.hetsler.civ@mail.mil. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. Offerors are encouraged to check the FBO site often for changes and/or amendments to this RFQ.
