- Requirements Document Amendment 0003 Amendment 0003 The purpose of this amendment is to update the Requirements Document which includes additional components. The closing date has also been extended. 1. For the Laptops: DVD-RWs was added. Each laptop should have one. 2. A line item for TPM's was added to the Laptops. They come standard on the machines. 3. The closing date for this solicitation has been extended to Thursday, 9 August 2018 at 0900 AM EST. Please see updated "Requirements Document Amendment 0003" for complete details. Offerors who submitted quotes previously must resubmit quotes again to reflect the additional specifications. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
