- The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 5945006794751 with the item description Solenoid, Electrical. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with a three year base period and 2 option years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. Small Business Size Standard is 750. Solicitation will be 100% small business set aside. Other than full & open competition applies. The solicitation will be available on August 20, 2018 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 F.O.B. Origin, Government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program - Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website (http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/). Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered.
