- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division, intends to procure a quantity of six (6) prototype battery storage lockers for installation and assessment aboard CVN73. The items will be procured in accordance with NAVSEA Drawings. Due to the subject matter of this requirement, those interested in obtaining the Request for Quotations (RFQ) shall submit a copy of the DD Form 2345 Joint Certification Program (JCP) Certificate via to the email to contact below by 20 August 2018. Upon receipt of the JCP Certification, the RFQ will be sent out, along with a separate mailing of the drawings CD to the email listed point of contact and location. This procurement is Firm Fixed Price, Small Business Set Aside, and will be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Please submit JCP Certifications and any questions to Jenny.Tomeo@navy.mil
