- This Pre-solicitation notice is for Construction, HVAC repair, located at Londonderry AFRC, 64 Harvey Road, Londonderry NH 03053. The award will be a fixed price contract with a period of performance from 90 days after Notice to Proceed. This is a 100% Small Business acquisition. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, and materials necessary to replace doors, paint and provide bollards as per the Statement of Work. This acquisition is under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 238220 and a size standard of $15 Million. The proposed solicitation number will be W15QKN-18-Q-1204. The solicitation will be posted on or about 20 August 2018. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. Please note the response date listed with this pre-solicitation notice is not the actual due date. The actual due date will be stated in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed.
