- Amendment 002 A002: Please see attached Amendment 0002 for details ******************************************************************** A001: Please see attached Amendment 0001 for details ******************************************************************** The General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing a SOLICITATION NOTICE for a Request for Quotation (RFQ) firm fixed price construction contract for painting services. See attached Statement of Work and attachments for details. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Businesses under NAICS 238320 – Painting and Wall Covering Contractors (Size Standard $15 Million). The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. All work under this contract will be performed at the U.S. Pre-trial and Probation offices located at Tacoma Union Station (TUS), 1717 Pacific Ave, Tacoma, WA 98402. A Site Visit is scheduled for July 25, 2018 at 9:00 AM Pacific Time. Offerors are encouraged to attend the Site Visit; meeting place will be the main lobby of TUS located at the Pacific Avenue entrance. Please send your firm’s notice to attend the Site Visit to both craigs.thomas@gsa.gov AND matt.chaison@gsa.gov at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled Site Visit. The date for issuing the solicitation is July 13, 2018 and receipt of proposals is August 8, 2018 at 3:00 PM Pacific Time and completing contract performance 90 days after notice to proceed. The technical exhibits will be available for inspection without charge thru the Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOpps) at www.fbo.gov. No paper copies of this solicitation are available. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to all documents. Interested parties must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to receive a Government contract award. Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must also be current to qualify to receive an award.
