- Attachment II - Applicable Provisions & Clauses Attachment I - Quote Instructions & Line Item Structure THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6-STREAMLINED PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION AND SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS-AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED, AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses. Simplified acquisition procedures will be utilized. The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has many stairwells that requires new lighting that is capable of reducing energy consumption on the Gaithersburg campus The objective of this contract is for a contractor to provide BRAND NAME OR EQUAL Sylvania Luminaires Vapor Tight, Generation 1B stairwell LED lights.
