Offerors must complete this request form, provide information required and email to Contracting Officer at amy.heusser@gsa.gov Amendment No. AMEND 001 EQ10PCB-1-18-0069 PRESOLICITATION NOTICE POSTED JULY 16, 2018 GSA has a requirement to reconfigure a Courtroom in the New Anchorage, Alaska Federal Building and US Courthouse. FAR 52.219-3 Notice of Total HUBZone Set Aside is applicable to this solicitation. The magnitude of construction for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000 The solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website on approximately 7/31/2018. END OF PRESOLICITATION NOTICE SOLICITATION NOTICE POSTED July 31, 2018 Reconfigure Courtroom 3 in the New Anchorage, Alaska Federal Building and US Courthouse A Price Proposal and a Technical proposal is required with offer. FAR 52-228-1 Bid Guarantee is applicable FAR 52.228-15 Performance and Payment Bonds Construction, is applicable (after contract award) Liquidated damages are not applicable to the contract. US Department of Labor, Construction Wage Determination is applicable and is attached. Pre-proposal conference and site visit scheduled for August 14, 2018 at TIME CHANGED TO 1:00 PM, Alaska Time. See Amendment No. AMEND 001 and pages 5-6 of solicitation document for information regarding attending the site visit. Questions concerning this solicitation are to be emailed to the Contracting Officer ( amy.heusser@gsa.gov ). Cut-off date for questions is August 29, 2018 at 3:00 PM, Alaska Time. Offers with bid guarantee, technical proposal and price proposal, are due September 10, 2018 at 1:00 PM Alaska Time to the Contrcting Officer. The drawings are considered Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) documents. See instructions included in this amendment to obtain SBU documents. This Amendment changes the time of the site visit to 1:00 PM on August 14, 2018. A revised solicitation document is posted with this amendment, changing the time of the site visit.
