- Solicitation The United States Air Force is seeking to acquire a three (3) year lease with two (2) one year options for a Warehouse, Office and/or Industrial facility located within a 25 mile diameter of the McGuire Main Gate at Joint Base McGuire Dix Lakehurst, New Jersey to house and operate certain equipment. It is assumed that no location will meet the requirements to operate this equipment without significant renovation and/or construction. The Government will provide the design and complete the renovation and construction necessary for facility modifications. As part of any lease agreement the facility will be improved by the Government and restored once the lease expires. This notice is to seek sources that satisfy the requirement and request submission of an Expression of Interest.
