- The United States Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office NCO 17 located at 2002 Scott Boulevard, Temple, TX 76504-7451 on behalf of the South Texas Veterans Healthcare System Healthcare for Homeless Veterans Program Office submits request for quote 36C25718Q9856 seeking transitional housing for homeless veterans within the greater Dallas (Dallas County), TX catchment area. The vendor will provide up to 14 beds daily in a transitional housing facility. The specific requirements for the contractor are described in the statement of work. The facility must accept sex offenders. Questions regarding this requirement are due no later than August 17, 2018 at 12:00 PM CST. Any questions submitted after the due date will not be addressed or answered. Answers to the submitted questions will be posted via amendment to this solicitation on FBO no later than August 20, 2018 at 4:30 pm CST. If no questions are received an amendment will not be published. Quotes are due no later than September 6, 2018 at 4:30 PM CST. Only quotes submitted via e-mail to Jennifer.salerno-diciuccio@va.gov will be accepted and further considered for award. Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror. Technical acceptability will be determined by a site inspection of the proposed transitional housing facility. A multi-disciplinary team of subject matter experts will conduct the site inspection. The site inspections will occur no later than September 16, 2018. The expected award date for this contract is on or before September 30, 2018.
