- AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is N0024418Q0237 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334310 with a small business size standard of 750.00 employees. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2018-08-07 13:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com. FOB Destination shall be SAN DIEGO, CA 92155 The FLC - San Diego requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: AUDIO & VIDEO SYSTEM. (3)ea 90 Inch LED Display with VGADSP, HDMI inputs-Must be able to display briefs from 21 sources from NMCI computers and JTCW laptops within the podium;(3)ea Mounting Bracket for Flat Panel Display-Must be able to maintain load of 90 inch displays and associated equipment. 300 LB Capacity- Aluminum-Black;(1)ea 32 X 32 Digital Video Matrix switcher and associated internal input output cards-Must be able to accommodate 13 sync ™s (outputs) and 21 sources (inputs);(21)ea Digital Video Matrix Transmitters 2 Input 8G-Must be able to transmit audio / video output to the digital matrix;(13)ea Digital Video Matrix Receiver Input 8G-Must be able to receive audio / video inputs to the digital matrix;(1)ea Uninterrupted Power Supply-Must be able to filter power from wall with a 8 hour battery;(2)ea 10 Inch Touch Screen Panel-Device will control all functions of all Audio Video inputs used for presentations in the space. TO INCLUDE INSTALLATION PER ATTACHED PWS. SEE ATTACHED PWS FOR DETAILED INFORMATION. Submit Past Performance and Evaluation criteria SITE VISIT: Only one site-visit will be provided on THURSDAY, 8/2/2018 @ 0900 local time. All contractors interested in attending the site-visit shall contact Keith Evans at 619- 437-5071 no later than close of business on WEDNESDAY, 8/1/2018 to notify the government of attendance and arrange base access if necessary., 1, GRP; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, FLC - San Diego intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing quotes, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction.
