- RFQ 1333MF18QNFFP4379 Broadband Internet Services for NOAA NMFS WCR Portland, OR Notice to Offerors: Instructions for submitting quotations under this request for quote must be followed. Failure to provide all information to aid in the evaluation of offers may be considered non-responsive. Offerors that are non-responsive may be excluded from further evaluation and rejected without further notification to the offerors. 1. Provide a response to all evaluation criteria in accordance with 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items found on page 23 of the attached request for quote. 2. Quote submissions shall be fully executed and returned on the Standard Form (SF) 18 and any acknowledgements of Solicitation Amendments on the SF 30. Submit quotations to the office specified in this solicitation on or before the time specified in the solicitation. Email to raynier.camerino@noaa.gov. 3. Offerors shall provide the following information with their quote submission: DUNS and Point of Contract's telephone number and email address. Requirement Summary: The NOAA NMFS WCR Portland, OR office has a need for Broadband Internet Services at 1201 Northeast Lloyd Bvld. Suite 1100 Portland, OR 97232. These services will be used for NON-NOAA issued devices, visiting NOAA Staff (NON-WCR), and VTC Connectivity all housed within the WCR Office space. Services will include the installation of Broadband Internet Services to the designated NOAA NMFS WCR location. The services shall satisfy the following requirements: not be interconnected or dependent on an existing NOAA NMFS WCR system or service; require minimal to zero administrative overhead from NMFS WCR Staff; provide a minimum of 1 static IP address; include hardware required for services; support a minimum download rates of 100Mbps and upload rates of a minimum of 20Mbps; be cost effective when compared to alternative available services. The scope of work includes all vendor required infrastructure (cabling) from building entry point/interconnection to existing vendor services to the NMFS WCR designated installation location of vendor provided Broadband modem (11th floor data closet). Maintenance services for service calls to keep the broadband services up and running throughout the base performance period and option periods.
