- N00164-18-G-WM09-0003 - SOLE SOURCE - SPARE PARTS FOR THE HIGH GAIN HIGH SENSE (HGHS) SYSTEM FSC-6030 -NAICS 336611 Anticipated Issue Date 6 AUG 2018 - Anticipated Closing Date 21 SEP 2018 - 2:00 PM EDT Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division intends to issue a Job Order (JO) under a sole source anticipated Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-18-G-WM09. The anticipated BOA is to be issued to General Dynamics Mission System, Fairfax, VA 22033. It is anticipated that acquisitions under the BOA will be conducted on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The basis for restricting competition is the lack of sufficient technical data and duplicative cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition, and the unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency requirement through any other source. As a result of this JO, the overall ceiling of the anticipated BOA N00164-18-G-WM09 will remain unchanged. This JO is anticipated to support spare parts for the HGHS System. The supplies will include 16 separate part numbers, used for Depot repairs, that are unique to the HGHS System. Request for proposal will not be made available through http://www.fbo.gov. The request for proposal will be provided to General Dynamics Mission Systems through electronic mail. The proposed noncompetitive contract action is anticipated to be awarded under FAR part 6.302-1, Other Than Full and Open Competition. The anticipated contract action award date is 01 Feb 2018. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
