- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following Request for Quotes (RFQ) is being used for procurement of Sterilizer Equipment and Mainentnance. Immediate repair is needed for this requirement. Refer to the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for more information. The period of performance will take place at Shaw AFB in South Carolina from 13 August 2018 to 12 August 2019 for the Base Year with 4 one year Option periods. Solicitation number FA4803-18-Q-J015 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS Code) for this procurement is 811219. The size standard as described by the U.S. Small Business Administration for this procurement is $20.5M. This is Firm Fixed Price procurement and will be procured using commercial item procedures and award selection will be made based on the lowest price technically acceptable. All questions regarding this requirement are due 6 August 2018 by 2:00 PM EST and shall be answered by COB 7 August 2018. All quotes are due by 12:00 PM EST 8 July 2018.
