Updated solicitation TEP Pricing Matrix Update Section M Section L Updated August 6, 2018 RFP AMENDMENT 1 This RFP Amendment is posted to incorporate new quantities for the mandatory minimum order guarantee, extend the proposal due date, incorporate revised requirements documents, and post the final batch of questions and answers. The new mandatory minimum order guarantee is increased from Quantity 4 to Quantity 12; please see the RFP Amendment as posted for specific details. Updated June 26, 2018 Please find attached additional documents. These documents represent the most current updates, and any previous versions should be considered obsolete. Updated June 19, 2018 Due to a technical error, question 146 did not post accurately last week. Please find attached the complete question 146, along with the link to the Past Performance Information tool. Updated June 15, 2018 As questions come in for this solicitation, the contracting and program teams will do their best to keep up on them. Please see the attached Q&A document which represents the latest batch of questions that were received since RFP release. PLEASE NOTE: All questions must be received NLT 45 days prior to RFP close, in order to allow the program and contracting teams time to provide adequate responses. THIS IS THE OFFICIAL RFP. All previous (draft) versions of the RFP and any attached documents are rendered obsolete. NOTE: Contract performance will include data that is subject to export control laws and regulations. Only contractors who are registered and certified with the Defense Logistics Services Center, and have an approved DD Form 2345, will be provided copies of any related solicitation or other data subject to foreign disclosure restrictions. In order to obtain a copy of the Technical Data Package, please submit a formal request, along with the approved DD 2345 form (attached) to the contacts noted herein.
