The purpose of this Amendment is as follows: To extend the date quotes are due through August 8, 2018 @ 2:00 PM CDT; and To correct the FBO description to reflect the areas highlighted in yellow through the solicitation. SEE BELOW: Pool Restoration/Floor Sealant Service This is a solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 12.6) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is 36C25618Q9984. All Clause, Provision, Terms and Conditions stated on the subsequence pages of this Combine-Synopsis/Solicitation are applicable and bidding in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82. This solicitation is being issued set-a-side 100% for Small Businesses (SB s). The associated NAICS code is 561790. The business size is 7.5 Million. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for a Contractor to provide the service of Pool Restoration/Floor Sealant Service for the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System.
