- RFI - technical support services - test and evaluation. The purpose of this effort is to obtain technical support services to assist the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Office's Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) Joint Program Activity (JPA) in developing a methodology and comprehensive strategy for conducting test and evaluation (T&E) of threat detection methods based on the integration of large volume of data, e.g. unsupervised machine learning, anomaly detection and advanced analytics-based technologies.
