Description

LSJ 15DDHQ18Q00000193 The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to establish a Purchase Order (PO) for NLETS Annual System Services on a sole source basis with National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (NLETS), 1918 W. Whispering Wind Dr., Phoenix, AZ 85085. NLETS is the only provider of this service. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 519190 - All other Information Services. The Product and Service Code is D319 - IT and Telecom; Annual Software Maintenance Service Plans. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(c), the limited Source Documentation is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that understand and can meet the Government's requirements of NLETS System services may submit a written response with sufficient relevant details to demonstrate existing capabilities. This submission shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice shall be submitted electronically to teresa.a.roshau-delgado@usdoj.gov no later than Friday, August 17, 2018 at 8:00 a.m. ET.
