- Solicitation for Portland cement concrete RMSA II A. Delivery and Placement of portland cement concrete to Gwangju AB, South Korea (Local Sources Only). B. The contractor will provide delivery of 1915 Cubic Yards of concrete to Gwangju AB, South Korea. Contractor shall provide concrete made from approved materials, and follow all specifications shown below, and all applicable UFC and UFGS guidance. All concrete placement in the formwork will be done by government labor. Any delivery not meeting the specification at time of delivery shall be rejected at contractor's cost. C. See Section F. of the solicitation for the delivery schedule and procedure. D. See Section L. of the solicitation for a quote preparation. E. See Section M. of the solicitation for the Evaluation Criteria.
