- Inspection - North Trailer Inspection - South Trailer Contractor Return Packet - submit this entire packet along with your response to the evaluation criteria. Solicitation THIS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a complete package is attached for offerors to return. This notice constitutes as Solicitation 1204T018Q0039 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation. Quotes are being solicited from Small Business Concerns only. The NAICS code associated with this acquisition is 562910 and the small business size standard for that code is $20.5 million average receipts over the past three years. DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall remove and dispose of all asbestos containing materials (ACM) identified in the summary reports. This includes two separate trailer buildings within approximately 100 feet of each other at the Blodgett Work Center, 1495 NE Blodgett Rd., Yachats, Oregon. One trailer is a single-wide, referred to as the South Trailer on the ATEZ report, and the other trailer is a double-wide, and referred to as the North Trailer. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The anticipated contract period is September 19, 2018 through October 15, 2018. PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES: The following provisions and clauses are hereby incorporated into this RFQ by reference; (full text of the clauses may be accessed electronically at www.arnet.gov/far/): FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (JAN 2017) and FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (JAN 2017). The following provisions and clauses are hereby incorporated into this RFQ in full text in the solicitation attached. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation- Commercial Items (OCT 2014), FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (NOV 2017) and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders-Commercial Items (JUL 2018) QUOTE DUE DATE: Quotes shall be received by August 22, 2018. Quotes may be emailed to pwinningham@fs.fed.us. NOTE: Contractor must have an "Active" status at the website www.sam.gov in order for quote to be considered.
