- This presolicitation notice is current as of 7 Aug 18. The Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI) plans to issue solicitation W52P1J18T3084 for the procurement of five (5) defueling panels in the support of the Panel, Refuel, Pressure Fuel System on the Tomahawk Missile as required by McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (MCAAP) in McAlester, OK. The solicitation will result in a firm fixed price purchase order for these commercial items. The items shall be produced IAW adapted source control drawing 76Z2496-K, listing Eaton-Aeroquip, LLC. as the only approved source of supply. Offers from firms other than Eaton-Aeroquip are not solicited.
