- Modification to Combined Synopsis/ Solicitation SUBJECT: Request for Quotation (RFQ), 80NSSC18Q0968, RedHat Professional Services for ASDC AMENDMENT To extend the response date and time From August 7, 2018 11:59pm ET To August 8, 2018 11:59pm ET Update INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS the following statement is change From: Quote must be provided as Firm Fixed Price Level of Effort. Provide labor category with short description, part number if applicable, quantity of hours, unit price, and extend price. Provide a Travel CLIN. Travel shall not be built into labor rates. Travel will be set to a Not-To-Exceed amount at award, and travel expense shall be reimbursed in accordance with the Federal Travel Regulations (FTR). Prior authorization from the Contracting Officer is required to exceed maximum per diem rate if lodging is not available, and www.fedroom.com has been confirm of non-availability in accordance with FTR. To: Quote must be provided as Firm Fixed Price. Stated pricing includes all associated labor, travel, meals, lodging, and other incidental expenses. Add the following under CLAUSES/TERMS AND CONDITIONS PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The period of performance is date of award through 3 month after award. Add payment schedule under INVOICING AND PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS INVOICING AND PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS Unless a payment schedule is implemented at the order level, no partial payments or deliveries on orders deriving from this Agreement are allowed. Do not submit invoice until completion of the order or the completion of an order performance milestone set forth in the order's payment schedule, if applicable. One month after award - $TBD (1/3 payment) Two months after award - $TBD (1/3 payment) Three months after award - $TBD (1/3 payment) Invoice may not be submit prior to work completed.
