- Logging Recorder Requirements GENERAL DESCRIPTION Installation and optimization solution of one new Verint (or equal) Analog Recorder with one Client Workstation. Solution to include: 1) Installation of one new Verint recorder and Playback Workstation. 2) Provide User Training on the new recorder. 3) Perform a functionality test with a designated (Fort Eustis) representative. 4) Equipment will be installed to R56 standards (If Applicable) 5) All trash and debris will be removed from site. REQUIREMENTS: One (1) 10-Channel analog logging recorder & One (1) replay station One (1) 10-channel analog logging recorder & One (1) replay station in support of Land Mobile Radio (LMR) and phone lines - Physical installation, pre-optimization set up, and services (equal or better than) Verint installation service. The logging recorder requirements apply to the Fort Eustis, VA Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC) Command center. This location shall provide a capture for analog audio from both telephony and radio. The Analog inputs shall provide independent audio outputs suitable for connection to a logging recorder. The outputs shall supply audio from all the radio channels and telephone numbers to the logging recorder. Both transmit and receive audio shall be provided. The outputs shall filter guard and function tones associated with tone remote control stations. System must include a method of alarm notification in the event of logging failure. Installation and training schedule must be provided. Logging recorder radio requirement is to have three analog capable channels reserved for future local recordings. Actual radio system talk groups recorded on the Archiving Interface Server (AIS) to interface the radio system talk groups audio and the MCC 7500 IP Logging Recorder at the master site. Recorder NENA I3 Compliant - Platform and standard for Public Safety recording devices. Requirement for logging into radio network to be able to recall radio logging information to connect to the Joint Base Langley-Eustis LMR System; this requirement to be supported by vendor's technicians certified on Motorola systems. Play back connected to the RNI. Separate Playback Station to allow access within Dispatch to replay information within the Dispatch Center. Insight Center Software for data query & recall. While under warranty, on-site support must be available from an authorized Motorola vendor. DESCRIPTION: Radio and Telephony Recording solution (for Fort Eustis). The solution as required is to provide identical recording solutions at (1) physical site, the BDOC. The Requirements of this new system have been set forth and are to provide a new logging recorder that will record all audio from: 1. Telephone, Cisco IP-type ( 7 simultaneous calls) 2. Conventional analog radio (3 channels) The recorder shall capture the following information: 1. Telephone - number, address, start/stop time 2. Radio - all types of calls trunked or conventional
