- Atch 1 Product Description as of 26 Jul 2018 Combined synopsis solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement is solicited competitively and will be awarded using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The requirement is anticipated to be solicited as 100% small business set-aside and awarded as Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order. Solicitation H92240-18-Q-2057 issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The requirement is in support of Naval Special Warfare Command for Brand Name or Equal training suppressors.
